Cinderella Project of the Shenandoah Valley

We provide 100% free to students from across the valley area attire for their life moment events (proms, homecomings, special events) because we believe that your financial status now should not be a factor in experiencing life's special memories during school.  We are over 20 years serving the 8 county areas including special needs students and each year on average we serve over 500 students.  We are 100% volunteer run. There are no paid staff and all our attire and costs are through donations.  Our limiting factor to how many days we can stay open at the valley mall location is volunteers.  We need 5 volunteers each Saturday Sept through October for 4 hours to help the students with their selections,  restock, and dressing room control .  Training is 15 minutes before doors open.  We serve male and female so all volunteers needed.   We also have special volunteer needs on the 1st Friday's of each month from 4-8 pm and some weekdays for special student "field trips" to find their attire.
