To make our parent teacher meetings more accessible for all families in our school community, we need volunteers to help assist with and supervise activities for our students and their siblings while parents and guardians meet. For this PTO meeting, volunteers will help supervise children for 30 minutes. Activities will be provided. The total time will be one hour, to allow 15 min for set-up and clean-up.

Volunteers will help serve families and children at the PTO Bake Sale at Spotswood Elementary School's Fall Festival. School family and community members donate the baked goods, the PTO provides hot dogs to grill, and the food is available for donations to support the Spotswood PTO. Volunteers will help grill, serve hot dogs, and run the baked goods table. This enables PTO board members to interact more with families and community members.

To make our parent teacher meetings more accessible for all families in our school community, we need volunteers to help assist with and supervise activities for our students and their siblings while parents meet.  For this PTO meeting, we need volunteers to supervise children on the school playground and to monitor or join in playground games such as gaga ball or 4-square, while parents and guardians meet inside the school. This first PTO meeting of the year will last up to 1.5 hours max. This allows some time if the start of the meeting is delayed as parents arrive or for questions at the end.  We will ask for volunteers to arrive at 5:45 and they should be finished by about 7:15.
