Volunteer: Concessions for School Play

The Spotswood Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) would like volunteers to help sell concessions before and after our school play. This enables PTO board members to have time to build connections with the community members and families who come, and helps to make our concessions more efficient. The school community loves the concessions. Volunteers will run the popcorn machine and help sell candy, drinks and snacks before the play starts and after the play ends.

Volunteer: Activities for Elementary Students during PTO Meeting (Spring 2026)

To make our parent teacher meetings more accessible for all families in our school community, we need volunteers to help assist with and supervise activities for our students and their siblings while parents and guardians meet. For this Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) meeting, volunteers will help supervise children for one hour. Activities will be provided, and may include time on the playground. The total time will be one and a half hours, to allow 15 min for set-up and clean-up.
