Project GROWS *

Project GROWS is a nonprofit educational farm in Augusta County, VA, dedicated to growing a healthy community by connecting all people to nutritious food. Through affordable food access programs, farmers markets, and food education, we increase access to healthy foods and empower people with the knowledge and skills to lead healthier lives. 

With a 10-acre farm outside Staunton as our base, Project GROWS operates local food markets, nutrition incentive programs, and hands-on food and farming education to improve access, affordability, and community health. We also strengthen the local food system through partnerships and resource-sharing with farmers and community organizations.
