Roberta Webb Early Education Center *

Roberta Webb Childcare Center is a non-profit, United Way Agency which opened its doors on November 14 1994 in the Northeast neighborhood of Harrisonburg Virginia. The center committed to serving children to provide affordable, licensed care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Who was Roberta Webb?
Roberta Morgan Webb was an early childhood teacher who built her home in Harrisonburg Virginia. Over the years, many neighborhood children received childcare in her home. She married and raised three daughters, continuing her contributions as a social worker in the Harrisonburg Community. Many of Roberta's strengths grew out of her background, the grandparents who raised her stressed family ties and the value of education.

The Roberta Webb Child Care Center (RWCCC) exists to provide affordable, quality, licensed childcare in a safe and nurturing environment, serving diverse families in our neighborhood and our city.  Our aim is to enable each child to learn all they can, in every area of development: intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, and creatively.
