We recognize that cultivating positive social change requires collaboration between members of our staff, with partner across campus, and in multiple communities. We respect our partners' skills, knowledge, and talents. We recognize that members of the communities in which we work are experts, and we remain mindful of the diverse backgrounds and experiences that inform all of our interactions.

We believe in collaborating with our campus and community partners to facilitate thoughtfully planned programs, services and experiences that integrate reflection to lead to positive outcomes and learning.
