Our Story:

Since early 2021, the Blue Ridge Free Clinic has been committed to providing exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly atmosphere. We believe that our patients deserve the best care possible, and we make every effort to make sure you feel welcome and at ease.

Our team of medical volunteers is dedicated to meeting our patients' healthcare needs and assisting them to cross the "Bridge to Health" into a long-term, affordable, community primary care practice.

The Blue Ridge Free Clinic's mission is to offer wholistic healthcare, medication assistance, urgent dental referrals for extraction, and needs based navigation services, provided by community volunteers and donors for our neighbors in need.

The Blue Ridge Free Clinic serves as a "Bridge to Health" for anyone with unmet medical needs who does not have a healthcare provider.  We offer TEMPORARY primary care.  In most cases this will be for 3-12 months, until we can assist patients to establish care with a local, affordable, primary care practice.  When this has occurred, the patient has "crossed the bridge to health."

We provide services such as: vaccinations, chronic disease management, mental health, dental, pharmacy, food pantry.
