Who We Are
JMU Upward Bound is a federally-funded program to assist high school students in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham area with college preparation for them to be successful in postsecondary education.
What We Do
We provide academic advising, tutoring, Saturday workshops, field trips, college tours, and an educational summer program.
