Join our team at Joy Education, a tech nonprofit startup focused on providing affordable, evidence-based literacy support. We are looking for enthusiastic college students to volunteer as Virtual Teaching Fellows, offering personalized reading instruction to elementary and middle school students with diverse learning needs via Google Meet. As a Virtual Teaching Fellow (reading tutor), you’ll work one-on-one with a student for just 20 minutes, 3 times a week—a total of only 1 hour per week. The commitment is flexible, and you can work from anywhere. We ask for an 8- to 12-week commitment to ensure consistency for the student.
