Providing event support for our annual community Harvest Festival. 1) Morning shift: 9:30 - 12 pm. Set-up tables, chairs, and signs around the Arboretum, assist exhibitors with unloading, assist exhibitors with setting up, provide exhibit support such as helping kids complete a craft, etc. 2) Middle shift: 11- 2pm. Assist exhibitors with their stations, interact with families, provide exhibit support such as helping kids complete a craft, etc.; cover stations to provide biobreaks to exhibitors. 3) Afternoon shift: 12pm - 3 pm. Provide exhibit support such as helping kids complete a craft, etc; assist exhibitors with tear-down and loading their vehicles; help clean up and put away tables, chairs, and signs from around the Arboretum.
