We are looking for creative volunteers to help in Maker City, which is a makerspace designed especially for youth ages 8+. We are looking for weekly or biweekly volunteers, and you'll be working with kids as they plan, problem solve, and create their own project. There's a lot of cool technology for them to work with - 3D printers, woodworking, sewing machines and more. No experience with this technology is required. Once you sign up, the next step will be an orientation where you'll get to check out the space and see how things work! Setting up a schedule:
- Once you respond to the opportunity, the Maker City coordinator will reach out and set up an orientation time where you will get a tour of the space, discuss future scheduling and other important details.
